Job Summary: 

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and professional Sales Agent without previous Marbella Real Estate knowledge to join our team. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone new to the industry who is eager to develop their career in the luxury real estate market, learning from the best while actively contributing to the team’s success.

This role is ideal for individuals with great attitude towards taking initiative, embrace mentorship, and contribute meaningfully from day one, without being treated as a trainee. 

Your day-to-day contributions will support the sales process, elevate the client experience, and prepare you for long-term success in the luxury real estate market.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO:
  • Proactively look for leads and properties in the area directly meeting the potential Clients in the field
  • Be in touch with Owners, acquire new listings and exclusive contracts
  • Coordinate appointments, Client registrations, new listings and contracts
  • Support and work closely with the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with an agent, learning through active shadowing and support in all stages of the sales process
  • Assist with property showings, open houses, and client meetings
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date with local property trends and inventory
  • Support in the preparation of marketing materials, listing presentations, and client proposals
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client data and property information
  • Handle administrative tasks and any other ad-hoc tasks related to the role that ensure seamless transactions and first-class client service
  • Participate in internal training, team meetings, and continuous learning opportunities
  • Uphold our brand’s luxury service standards in all communications and interactions

Your profile
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Experienced professional in sales or similar activities, 
  • Looking for a long-term career in Marbella Luxury Real Estate, but not previous experience in Marbella Real Estate Market is required 
  • Ready to grow and to give everything you have to become a successful Real Estate Agent
  • Eager to learn through real-world experience and open to feedback and mentorship
  • Confident, polished, and professional in demeanor, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with (or willing to learn) CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and property portals
  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently while being a strong team player
  • Fluent in languages
 
WHAT TO EXPECT:

During the first 6 months:
You will be actively involved in property acquisition, job shadowing, participation in private viewings and open houses, as well as supporting both administrative and sales-related tasks. All activities will be structured in advance to provide a comprehensive introduction to the Marbella real estate market.
This initial period is critical, as it will allow you to showcase your true capabilities and potential. Additionally, you’ll have multiple opportunities to earn a commission-based income from the very beginning.
 
During the second period of 6 months:
While your responsibilities will remain similar, they will carry greater weight and impact. This stage marks the beginning of your formal training with the Drumelia team, focusing on deepening your expertise and preparing you for full integration into our sales structure.
After the first 12 months: 
At this point, you will have evolved into a fully capable Sales Agent and an integral member of the Drumelia team. You will be expected to:
  • Work independently
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the Marbella real estate market
  • Consistently list and manage new properties
