Your mission
About us:
With over 20 years of success and a team of international experts, we’re transforming the real estate industry with innovation, excellence, and a personalized client experience.
At Drumelia, we don’t just sell luxury homes — we set new standards. We blend tradition with cutting-edge marketing strategies to deliver exceptional results in one of the world’s most sought-after real estate markets.
We are preparing the first steps to start an innovative school project to train aspiring sales agents to join the Marbella real estate market. The initiative aims to provide a 12-month training program for individuals with no prior experience but who wish to build a successful career in the industry and become a sales agent.
About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Lecturer with extensive experience in the design, management, and evaluation of in-person training programs. This strategic position requires a professional with strong pedagogical competencies, effective leadership, and an innovative approach to developing educational plans.
The selected candidate will work alongside the CEO to create and implement the Drumelia Academy, a unique initiative aimed at training highly qualified new real estate agents aligned with the values, criteria, and vision of Drumelia.
The individual should be passionate about teaching, capable of conveying commitment to the highest standards of luxury and service that distinguish Drumelia. This person will play a key role in the growth and consolidation of our brand, contributing through education and the development of future elite real estate agents.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the heads of various departments (Sales, Listings, Exclusives, Marketing, Legal, and Finance) to share knowledge about the real estate sector, sales strategies, and Drumelia standards, ensuring these are integrated into the training process. Additionally, they will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing outsourcing systems to attract and hire professionals who will contribute as experts in conducting master classes and other training activities.
Through this project, we aim to create a new generation of agents who, in addition to mastering real estate skills, embrace the standards of professionalism and exceptional service that define our luxury real estate agency.
The training program will be exclusive and personalized, ensuring each student receives the best training, tailored to their needs and with a practical approach. Classes, with a maximum of 10 students during the first course, will provide individualized attention to ensure future agents not only acquire technical knowledge but also live and support the excellence in service that is the essence of the Drumelia brand. This project, to be taught annually, has a long-term approach, with plans for gradual expansion in the number of students.
