Drumelia Real Estate, recently awarded the Best Real Estate Agency in Spain for the second consecutive year, is expanding its team. We are inviting a highly motivated and experienced Listing Agent to join our dynamic listings department and play a vital role, being the first point of contact for our potential Clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Proactively look for leads in the area directly meeting the potential Clients in the field
· Be in touch with Owners, acquire new listings and exclusive contracts
· Coordinate appointments, Client registrations, new listings and contracts
· Support and work closely with the sales team
· Execute administrative and any other ad-hoc tasks related to the role
REQUIREMENTS
· Freelancer, Autonomo
· Previous experience (minimum 1 year) working in this or similar position in Marbella real estate market, preferably in the luxury sector
· This position requires an excellent knowledge of the Marbella area as the tasks are performed mainly outside of the office
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Self-motivation, Organizational skills, planning and time management are required
· English and Spanish (spoken and written) are essential, other languages are a plus
