Your mission
About Drumelia
Drumelia is on a mission to reshape the future of real estate in Marbella by elevating the profession,
expanding career opportunities, and delivering exceptional service. We believe that every position
within the company contributes to that vision, and this role is no exception.
About the Role
The Listing Coordinator plays a key part in our goal to enhance the quality, efficiency, and
consistency of how we present luxury properties to the market. This role is designed for someone
who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and has a natural ability to keep complex
processes running smoothly.
Whether you’re coming from the real estate sector or another industry entirely, what matters is your
ability to stay organized, communicate with clarity, and support the full lifecycle of property listings
with a high level of professionalism and technical confidence.
This is more than an administrative role, it’s an opportunity to make a real impact on how Drumelia
represents its portfolio, supports its agents, and delivers top-tier service to property owners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and manage the full process of launching new listings, from document
preparation to online publication.
2. Work closely with sales agents and the marketing team to ensure properties are presented
with accuracy, appeal, and strategic alignment.
3. Handle the administrative aspects of listings: digital filing, photo/video scheduling, key
management, legal paperwork, and internal updates.
4. Ensure every listing meets Drumelia’s brand standards and is ready for client presentation.
5. Act as a point of contact for owners and external collaborators when it comes to documents,
confirmations, or listing-related queries.
6. Track task completion and anticipate next steps to keep things running smoothly and avoid
delays.
7. Help improve how we work: spot inefficiencies in daily tasks and suggest smarter, more
effective ways to operate, especially through better use of digital tools.
8. Support agents proactively by handling commercial documentation and coordinating
requests from other agencies.
