We’re looking for a Content & Creative Manager to own how our brand shows up across our content channels.
Read moreYou will lead the planning, coordination, creative direction, and quality of Drumelia’s content output. You will be the link between marketing, sales, and our property listings team — turning what is happening in the business into structured, consistent, high-quality content.
This is a role for a builder: someone who can run the system, improve the process, raise the standard, and step in when the work needs a sharper eye.
WHAT YOU’LL OWNThe content engine
The calendar, publishing rhythm, priorities, briefs, and flow of work. You will shape what we make, when, and why — based on business priorities, brand standards, audience value, and team capacity.
The teamYou will coordinate the day-to-day work of our videographer, social media specialist, content specialist, and external contributors. You will direct their work, give clear feedback, raise the bar, and help the team grow over time.
Creative direction across channelsInstagram and YouTube first, then email, website blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, and new platforms as we expand.
The bridge to the rest of the businessYou will work closely with sales and listings, understand what is happening in the company, and translate it into shoots, campaigns, stories, and useful content.
Process and toolsYou will bring practical systems, workflows, and AI tools where they genuinely help — not for the sake of it.
You will not own digital lead generation. That responsibility sits elsewhere in the marketing team.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHYou’ll report directly to the Marketing Manager and work alongside the wider marketing team, the sales team led by our Sales Manager, and our CEO & founder, who is closely involved in brand and content decisions.
WHO YOU ARE- You have 2–5 years of experience in content, creative production, social media, brand marketing, or marketing execution.
- You understand the full content process — from idea and brief to production, approval, publishing, and learning from results.
- You have strong creative judgment. You know what good looks like across video, photography, and writing — and you can explain why something works or doesn’t.
- You are practical, organized, and close to execution. You build structure where there isn’t enough of it.
- You are comfortable giving direct feedback, correcting work, and raising standards.
- You are ambitious and want to grow through performance, responsibility, and results — not just through titles.
