We are looking for a Senior Video Editor / Post-Production Specialist to take ownership of post-production and storytelling. This role exists to transform raw footage into polished, engaging, and consistent content across long-form and short-form formats.
This is a specialist role. Clear scope, high standards, no ambiguity.
Your mission
To elevate the quality, pacing, and narrative of Drumelia's video content while increasing speed and scalability of post-production.
Key responsibilities
- Edit long-form video content (YouTube, podcasts, interviews, property tours)
- Edit short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.
- Improve storytelling, structure, pacing, and retention
- Apply consistent visual and audio standards across all content
- Collaborate closely with:
- Videographer (raw footage and shooting logic)
- Content & Distribution Lead (formats, priorities, deadlines)
- Adapt content for different platforms without losing coherence or quality
- Manage post-production workflows efficiently and reliably
What this role is not
- Not a content planner or strategist
- Not a social media manager
- Not responsible for publishing or scheduling
- Not a junior editing role
This role focuses purely on post-production excellence.
